1st Month IncentivesGetting started is hard enough! Boardwalk makes it easy by pro-rating your first month’s charges; you only pay for the remaining days in the month from sign-up. Plus, there are no overage fees in month 1, so you can test as much as you’d like.
Wall vs Flow Base Subscription Packages Wall package: $499. Flow package: $1,999. Base subscription packages are required for customers paying month to month.
Wall AND Flow Customers using both Wall and Flow purchase the Flow package. Credits are pooled, and there is no difference between Wall and Flow visits.
Prepaid Package Types Yearly prepaid packages include 12 months at a 25% discount off published per-visit rates.
Selecting a Prepaid Package Customers select an expected level of traffic for the annual prepaid package. Billed at the start of the prepaid period.
Overages Alerts are sent when usage reaches 80% of the monthly threshold.
Overages — Monthly Automatically upgrades to the next tier when the threshold is reached. Billed at the end of the month based on usage in that tier. Unused credits roll over, are used first, and expire after 1 month.
Overages — Annual Automatically upgrades when total usage for the prepaid period is exceeded. Example: a 12-month package at 250k visits per month triggers the next tier at 3,000,001 visits. Overage credits are billed for one month, roll over if unused, and expire after 12 months. The prepaid package discount applies to overages.
Base Subscription Credits Base subscription credits do not roll over.
Downgrade Applies only to month-to-month customers. If a previous month reached a higher tier, a 30-day grace period applies before pricing falls back to the lower tier. Tier increments remain unchanged.
Services $1,000 for 5 hours or $220 per hour.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I go over my monthly limit?

As a monthly account, exceeding your session limit automatically moves you to the next tier with lower per-visit pricing. As an annual account, visit credits are used regardless of month end. Notifications are sent at 80% and 100% usage.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?

Yes. You can upgrade at any time to an annual prepaid plan. Credit is applied for any remaining subscription value and rollover credits. Refer to the pricing calculator for tiers and the annual discount.

What counts as a session?

A session is a visit. Whether a visitor views one or multiple Boardwalk properties, it counts as a single session until they are inactive for 30 minutes.

What happens to unused sessions?

Sessions included in base monthly subscriptions do not roll over. If a month bumps into a higher tier, those credits roll over and expire after 3 months. Rollover credits are used before subscription credits.

What happens to unused service hours?

Service hours expire 3 months after purchase and are non-refundable. They can be used for implementation support, strategy sessions, and custom integrations.
